Membership Application Process:
- Registration Interest: Express your interest in becoming a member of the Ghana Coalition of NGOs in Malaria by contacting your regional president or the secretariat.
- Payment of Membership Fee: Members are required to pay the designated membership fee to their respective regional presidents. The fee structure can be obtained by contacting the regional president or secretariat.
- Submission of Payment Confirmation: After making the payment, submit a copy of the payment slip or proof of payment to the secretariat via the specified channels. This is necessary to verify the payment and initiate the membership process.
- Membership Application Form: Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive the membership application form from the secretariat. Complete the form with accurate information and ensure all required details are provided.
- Submission of Membership Form: Once the membership form is duly filled, submit it to the secretariat through the designated method outlined in the communication provided along with the form.
- Review and Approval: The submitted membership form will be reviewed by the coalition’s membership committee. Approval and confirmation of membership will be communicated to the applicant after the review process.
- Welcome Package and Benefits: Upon successful approval, new members will receive a welcome package and gain access to the various benefits and resources offered by the Ghana Coalition of NGOs in Malaria.
